Diagnosis.
The facies has some features in common with the preceding group, such as tone of grey of the forewing, with fine, paler fasciae and an irregular row of white marginal spots. However, the grey is a medium brownish shade, without conspicuous speckling (the irroration of darker brownish scales is more dense and uniform). The genitalia have an aedeagus typical of the group, but the valves are very deep, produced at the dorsal and ventral (more squared) angles, but not distinctly spined.

Geographical range. Sundaland; Bali (ssp. pega).

Habitat preference. This is a frequent species of lowland forests.
