Diagnosis. The species is distinctive, with forewings darker grey than the
hindwings and delineated by paler veins. The body is dull orange.
Geographical range. Sundaland.
Habitat preference. The species is uncommon and probably montane. A small
number were taken flying by day between 1200m and l660m on G. Kinabalu.
