Diagnosis.
The body is robust as in cantori but with yellow bands at two-thirds on the abdomen and basally. The hindwing and basal black area of the forewing are marked with yellow. The remaining three-quarters of forewing are transparent, not yellow-tinged, except the veins and a narrow border which are black.

Geographical range. Borneo, Java.

Habitat preference. The only Bornean specimen is from Sandakan.
