Calymera fratella Kobes
Calymera fratella Kobes, 1997: 111.

Calymera fratella

The species is similar in shape and facies to lukaschi, particularly the acute apex to the rather triangular forewing. The species is somewhat paler, however, particularly the hindwing, and the forewing is much more lightly fasciated. The aedeagus vesica has numerous coarse spines scattered over its basal part in addition to the more distal groups of cornuti.

Geographical range. Sumatra, Borneo.

Habitat preference. The only specimen is from lowland forest near Labi (30-60m) in Brunei. Sumatran material is from elevations over 1000m.
