Type species: impulsa Walker.
The genus contains only one species that has the following features:
fine, concentrically curved banding over the distal half of the forewing; a
small, rounded fan of brown scales associated with the male 8th segment, the
sternite of which has the usual pair of coremata; the vesica is shorter than the
aedeagus and has five or six basal cornuti; the valves are very narrow but with
a relatively large, curved harpe; the clavus is small.
