Diagnosis. See the generic description.
Geographical range. Borneo, Sulawesi, Moluccas, New Guinea, Vanuatu, Fiji
and New Caledonia.
Habitat preference. Most Bornean material was taken during the Mulu
survey, predominantly in lower montane forest at 900m on the limestone G. Api. A
few were taken at lower and higher elevations on G. Api, and singletons in
lowland kerangas and upper montane forest on G. Mulu.
