Zeuzera lineata

Diagnosis. The striation of the forewings is finer and more dense than in other species, tending to be aligned between spaces, particularly over the dorsal half. The hindwings have only weak black markings on the margin but a scattering of fine spots in the discal area.

Geographical range. Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo, Sulawesi.

Habitat preference. This would appear to be the only montane member of the genus in Borneo, taken in upper montane forest at 1800m on G. Mulu, and frequently from 1000-2000m on G. Kinabalu
