Sarcinodes vultuaria

Diagnosis.
Males have the forewings crossed by three oblique, straight, parallel lines as in the next species, but can be distinguished by the presence of small discal dots on fore and hindwings. In the female the inner two lines on the forewing are very faint relative to the outer one. The discal dots are still present, however, distinguishing the species from the three section Auxima species.

Geographical range. Thailand, Sundaland, Sulawesi.

Habitat preference. The species has been recorded infrequently in the lowlands, mainly from forested areas.
