, 7-8mm. The facies is as in the previous two species. The valves of the male genitalia are similar to those of classeigera except the central angle to the sacculus is absent. The aedeagus vesica bears two cornuti, one a large spine and the other short, broad, apically rounded and scobinate.

Holotype  SABAH: Poring, 1800ft., E. of Mt. Kinabalu, 20-23.i. 1976 (E. W. Classey), BM arctiid slide 5202.

Paratypes: 2 (slide 5342), 4 (slides 5203, 5424) BORNEO: Sabah, Danum Valley, 5º01’N, 117º47’E, 14.ix and 15.x.1987, 100 and 150m (A.H. Kirk-Spriggs), roadside secondary forest and understorey forest.

Geographical range. Borneo.

Habitat preference. All material is from lowland dipterocarp forest, including logged areas.
