Diagnosis.
See the
generic description. The forewing tuft is prominent, appearing darker than the
rest of the rusty-fawn forewing.
Geographical
range. Borneo.
Habitat
preference. Five
of six specimens seen were taken in the 19th century, mostly in the lowlands of
Sarawak (e.g. Kuching). The only one in recent surveys was taken in secondary
forest at Seria on the Brunei coast.
