Diagnosis.
See N. baulus and N. lacticinia. This is the smallest of these rather similar species, distinguished by a broad white streak at the base of the forewing subdorsally just posterior to the cell.

Geographical range. Oriental tropics east to the Philippines and Lombok.

Habitat preference. Records from Borneo have been infrequent, mainly in open habitats from the lowlands up to 1200m.

Biology. The species is day-flying.
