Nyctemera tenompoka sp. n

Nyctemera tenompoka (holotype)

21mm. The species is very similar to kiauensis but has all basal white streaks on the forewing very fine, none significantly broader; the forewing white bar broadens anteriorly rather than being parallel-sided; the hindwing border is narrower, almost broken into individual spots as in kinibalina. In the male genitalia the general form is as in tripunctaria and kiauensis. The triangular process at the base of the valve costa is broad as in kiauensis but smaller, with two distal angles, and directed more dorsally than anteriorly.
