Diagnosis.
The general appearance of this bright yellow moth, as described in the generic account, is unmistakable.

Taxonomic notes. In Sundanian material the valve of the male genitalia broadens more over the distal half than it does in typical Australasian populations.

Geographical range. Sundaland, Moluccas, New Guinea, Queensland.

Habitat preference. This is primarily a lowland species but has been taken at 1200m on G. Kinabalu.
