Diagnosis.
See the previous species. The forewings are relatively constant in their uniform brown colour.

Taxonomic note. The male genitalia of Himalayan and Sundanian material are indistinguishable. The aedeagus has three large cornuti in the vesica.

Geographical range. Sundaland, N.E. Himalaya.

Habitat preference. The species is infrequent in lowland forest, including heath forest.
