Dasychira venusta Collenette, 1933, Stylops, 2: 43.
Diagnosis. The ground colour is diagnostically pale yellow, the forewing marked
much as in the next species except the antemedial is broken into a row of dots.
Geographical range. Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo.
Habitat preference. The species is uncommon, with five specimens taken
from a variety of lowland forest types during recent surveys.
