Raparna auropurpurea
(holotypeof sada)

Diagnosis. This is a small species with golden yellow forewings and slightly paler hindwings. The wings are shaded and speckled with violet-red that intensifies towards the margins and in fine, irregular, postmedial fasciae.

Geographical range. Nias, Borneo.

Habitat preference. The species has not been taken in recent surveys. All older material, including the type series of iada, is from Sarawak without precise data except for, one specimen from Kuching, suggesting the species favours disturbed or cultivated areas of the lowlands.
