Metallolophia
subradiata Warren
Terpna subradiata Warren, 1897, Novit. zool., 4: 388.
Diagnosis. The forewing has an anterior longitudinal zone of pale greenish ground
colour divided by the irregular ring of the discal spot. The rest of the wing is
strongly irrorated with black, and there are fine, black, zig-zag fasciae. The hindwing discal spot is often highlighted
paler.
Geographical range. Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo.
Habitat preference. Most records in the Mulu survey were from lower
montane forest but the species was also infrequent in hill dipterocarp forest on
G. Mulu, especially at 500m.
