9-10mm. The forewing facies is similar to that of apiseriata except the central fascia is more distant from the discal mark. The hindwing is distinguished by a series of faint submarginal streaks. The male genitalia are bilaterally symmetrical, the saccular process distally straight and extending beyond the costal one. The valve costa has a distinct bulge at one-third. The vesica cornuti are well separated (adjacent in biseriata and allies), the more distal one very broad subbasally.

Holotype SARAWAK: Gunong Mulu Nat. Park, R.G.S. Exped. 1977-8 (J.D. Holloway et al.), Site 25, April, G. Api, 900m. 427550, lower montane forest, BM arctiid slide 2712.

Paratypes: 2 (slides 2714, 5375) general data as holotype but Site 23, April, W. Melinau Gorge, 250m. 430558, FEG 4, limestone forest.

Geographical range. Borneo.

Habitat preference. The species is rare, taken in lowland and lower montane forest on limestone.
