Clostera bramah

The yellow and rich brown forewings of bramah are distinctive, the paler subcostal area crossed by a zig-zag yellow postmedial fascia. Confusion with the next species is possible but the two can be distinguished, particularly by the male genitalia, as indicated in the description.

Geographical range. Sundaland.

Habitat preference. In the Mulu survey and in Brunei the species was taken infrequently in most lowland forest types except kerangas.
