Taxonomic notes. C. euroa Rothschild & Jordan (Timor) and C. pratti Joicey & Talbot (S. Moluccas, ?Sulawesi) are the only species found to the east; the latter is externally very similar to stenosema and may be merely a race thereof.

Geographical range. Nias, Sumatra, Java, Borneo.

Habitat preference. The species is rare, taken mostly in lowland forest localities.
