12-13mm. This species is smaller but very similar externally to the previous one. However, the green forewing band is more irregular, a series of fused patches. In the male genitalia the valve is more or less entire; the sigmoid aedeagus bears a slender apical spine angled to the axis of the shaft. The female seventh abdominal segment is invested with small, black, spine-like scales.

Holotype . SARAWAK: Gunong Mulu Nat. Park, R.G.S. Exped. 2977-8 (J.D. Holloway et al.) Site 16, March, Long Pala (Base), 70m, 324450, allu./ secondary forest, MV on batu - canopy, BM noctuid slide 11268.

Paratype . Bidi, SARAWAK, 1907-1908 (C.J. Brooks), BM noctuid slide 11262.

Geographical range. Borneo.
