Abaciscus lutosus sp. n.
16mm. In facies this species resembles A. paucisignata but is
duller, with the postmedial not so definitely zig-zag at the costal end, more
diffuse. In the male genitalia the valves are more slender, the costa much
straighter, the costal process not extending to the ventral margin. The uncus is
monolobed rather than bilobed. The aedeagus has its distal band of
sclerotisation lacking the lateral thorn seen in paucisignata.
