Diagnosis. This is a small species with bone-white ground colour and fine, even fasciation in dull yellow. The forewing discal spot is conspicuous, that of the hindwing less so.

Taxonomic notes. Bornean and Peninsular Malaysian specimens are smaller and slightly darker than typical ones from Java and Bali

Geographical range. Java, Bali; Borneo, Peninsular Malaysia.

Habitat preference. Only old material has been seen, from lowland localities. The species is rare.
